We started this great day off with a family dinner at Carrabba's Italian Grill. Then we came home for Brownies and Mint chocolate Chip Ice Cream at the Birthday boy's request. Then went to Players Bench to buy Mason his present. A new Hockey helmet! I guess for the past couple of years his teammates made some fun of the Jofa Helmet. We got it at Play it Again Sports and apparently they have not made them in a Century or so. (Just kidding) Mason never complained to us about it and around his Birthday was the 1st we heard of the jokes on Mason's behalf :) Well, a new helmet it is for this guy. He was very happy! We love you Mason and so sorry people made fun of the JOFA!!
The other highlight of Mason's 15th Birthday is Driving! That is right, we have another driver in the family. Mason went to Master Drive (the best driving school in the Nation!) and got his permit on November 6th. Yay for more grey hair and wrinkles for Mom and Dad!
Mason you are such a great kid. You have a big heart and you are so smart. Keep making those big plans for your life. You are going places! I love you so much. Love, Mom
